Shipping Information -

We ship all products via FedEx, UPS, and USPS, unless other special shipping requests are made. Products are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your order. You can expect delivery of your products within 5 to 7 business days. Products requiring additional processing times may take an additional 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on the backlog of orders. The expected shipping times have been posted with each product in our virtual catalog. Please review the following map for average transit times to your location.

Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States ( does not include Alaska, Canada or Hawaii). In addition, each "Ship To" address must have items selected for the free shipping discount in order to receive free shipping.

Shipping Rates: International

We do ship products to various locations outside the contiguous United States, which require the finalization of shipping costs after the order has been placed. It is difficult to calculate these costs prior to shipping due to unkown variables, such as changing Customs requirements, crating, packaging restrictions, etc.
You will be advised of the shipping costs via email for approval prior to completing the order.
This also applies to Alaska, Canada and Hawaii.

Product Returns

Tangible products purchased from our online catalog may be returned within thirty (30) days for a refund, excluding shipping, handling and restocking fees where applicable. Because of their nature, we generally do not accept returns of packaged software products. In cases where packaged software products are accepted for return, we may require you to sign a certification that all copies have been destroyed.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION MUST BE RECEIVED FROM THIS SERVICE PRIOR TO PHYSICALLY SHIPPING A PRODUCT BACK. ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE KEPT IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, INCLUDING PACKAGING AND ANY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ANY PRODUCT RETURNS OTHER THAN SHIPPING DAMAGE AND/OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AS RECEIVED. SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
